The Little Omega Program also known as Lilo was established with the hope of extending the foundation of Omega Xi Delta Fraternity stands for to not only brothers and potential brothers, but also young women as well. Through this program, members of the fraternity bond with and treat these young women as if they were their own little sisters, establishing relationships based on trust, friendship, and family.

As Omega Xi Delta instills a sense of brotherhood to their members, the Little Omega program strives to build a sibling relationship with their lilos nurturing them and helping them with everyday things like school work, advice, and a sense of assurance of having a big brother to look after them. With the idea in the ability to learn from other people, not only do the brothers teach their little sisters, they also learn from their little sisters diverse backgrounds and characters, making the membership of being in a fraternity more rewarding.

Similar to a greek organization, the Little Omega program is for life and continues even after graduation. With the networking skills and life time commitment extending after graduation as well as the development of a close bond between brother and sister, the Little Omega Program is truly a unique experience to be cherished as something that few others can share.
